Site: Class Project

Role: Web designer/developer

Problem: Design and build a Web site entirely within Flash, taking advantage of Flash's many animation features to create a robust experience. Include an experimental interface for one section.

Solution: I chose to build a site to showcase some of my amateur photography of both Colorado and Ireland. My experimental interface covers both locations - rather than simply being presented with thumbnails to click, the user has to "take pictures," finding each picture within an animated scene. This interface creates a fun, exploratory environment.

My work earned high praise from the teacher: "You've done an absolutely outstanding job! ... The professionalism of the design is supreme."
